Homemade Vegan Banana Ice Cream

What’s better than a cup of ice cream on a hot day?

A cup of ice cream that you made yourself!  This ultra simple recipe is all natural, vegan, and only calls for two ingredients.  Sounds like a winner, huh?

All you need is 2 frozen bananas and 1/4 cup of any non-dairy milk (soy, rice, almond, etc.)

Throw these two ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and voila-homemade vegan ice cream!  Cheap, healthy, creamy, and delicious!

I ate this and am truly amazed. It was so good. I always ask rachel to make me a cup right as we lie down to go to bed. I do this because the thought of this ice cream is what i want to be the last thought i have before i go to bed !!

I did this with 2 frozen bananas, a soup spoons worth of peanut butter and then added mix-ins to make “blizzards” the other day. It was delicious!

YUM! That sounds like a great addition and adds protein too!
